POLLY BENTON - CREATIVE BUSINESS CONSULTANT

With a background that spans television, film, theatre, literature & design, I have always been a commercial head in a creative world.

I’ve held commercial, strategic and operational roles, including Chief Operating Officer & Head of Corporate Development, in creative businesses ranging from startups to multinational corporations.

My strength lies in finding simple solutions to the problems facing your small creative business as you scale, always with the aim of helping your business run more smoothly. Whether that’s designing a new set of financial tools to give you greater financial clarity, modelling out a new business initiative to help you strategise, or implementing a new software system that will simplify the life of your team.

I take on the tasks you don’t have the time, inclination or headspace for, to enable you to realise your creative vision for the business.
